Osman M. Karatepe is Professor of Marketing in the Faculty of Tourism at Eastern Mediterranean University (Gazimagusa, TRNC, via Mersin 10, 99628, TURKEY). He obtained his Ph.D. degree in business administration from Hacettepe University in TURKEY. His research interests are in the areas of services marketing and management, internal marketing, and strategic management. Dr. Karatepe serves on the editorial review boards of several journals. He has authored or co-authored over 100 articles in various journals, including the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Air Transport Management, Service Business, Journal of Services Marketing, Managing Service Quality, The Service Industries Journal, International Journal of Service Industry Management, Tourism Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, and International Journal of Hospitality Management. Dr. Karatepe is frequently shown as one of the most prolific researchers in the field of hospitality management.
